Four Decades of Premium Living
Janapriya Homes came into existence in the late eighties under Mr. Ravinder Reddy's (Chairman) guidance amid the real estate boom wave. The prime objective then was to build an ideal solution for home buyers seeking homes within a specified budget. Janapriya has been building homes of all sizes, types, and styles for 40+ years in its pursuit of bringing real estate to many and supporting every step of the way. Since 1985, we've delivered thousands of homes to our valued customers in Bangalore & Hyderabad, and today we're one of the most reputable building companies in South India.
In the early 90s, our Chairman had a far-sightedness and a vision that everyone must own a home. He made it possible by cutting down on third-party expenses, reducing construction costs and maintaining quality. We have an in-house Brick manufacturing facility, crusher, and concrete plant, and we even make door and window frames.
To make things easier — when sanctions on home loans were challenging, we introduced a friendly financing option that allowed home buyers to walk in with just Rs. 10,000 as an initial payment and own a home. He created the belief — Anyone could walk into Janapriya's office and leave with a home.

Mr. Ravinder Reddy
40 Years Building Premium Homes
Shri Ravinder Reddy studied Civil Engineering at NIT Rourkela and began his career as a Junior Engineer in the Government Irrigation Department of Andhra Pradesh. It was there that he observed the challenges of housing affordability for salaried middle-class families, which led him to pivot to real estate development.
Janapriya came into existence in the late 1980s under his guidance, with the prime objective of building homes for buyers seeking quality within a specified budget. The founding principle was to use volume and cost-efficient construction to make housing affordable for the masses. A signature early innovation was allowing buyers to own a home with as little as ₹10,000 as an initial payment — removing the barrier of home loan complexity for first-time buyers.
Since 1985, the Group has delivered over 40,000 homes across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Under his leadership, Janapriya diversified into premium residential development through Janapriya Upscale (branded Ardente) and expanded into commercial real estate, with a vision for US real estate as well.
Beyond business, he is passionate about organic farming and quality education through Janapriya schools — neither of which is a profit venture. He is also known for his long-term vision of developing a self-contained satellite township that encompasses schools, hospitals, malls, and civic infrastructure.

Founder & Chairman
Kranti Kiran Reddy
Managing Director of Janapriya Upscale oversees Operations, Finance, Project Execution, and Strategic Direction. With over two decades of leadership experience in real estate development, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Janapriya’s footprint across India and the United States.
An alumnus of North Carolina State University (USA) with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Mr Kranti combines global exposure with deep expertise in large-scale residential and commercial real estate execution.
He has conceived, executed, and delivered over 14 million square feet of residential and commercial developments across Hyderabad and Bangalore, contributing to the delivery of more than 6,000 residential units spanning mid-segment to premium categories.

Nandanandan Reddy
Nandan, who has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, started his career as a Marketing Engineer with Janapriya in 1992. He was able to combine his knowledge of construction with an acumen for marketing, and he worked under Mr. Reddy to take on additional responsibilities as the company's Marketing Personnel. Over the years, Nandan's career progressed, becoming General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead his teams to new heights.
Presently, Nandan is serving as Director of the Company and shoulders responsibility for business development, investor relations, and legal affairs.
Mr. Satish Kumar Nagamalla
Satish Kumar is a distinguished finance leader with extensive experience in financial strategy, business planning, and corporate governance. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CIMA (UK) professional, and Executive MBA graduate from ISB, he has built a strong track record of driving financial excellence and business growth across leading organizations.
His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, strategic decision-making, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, treasury, and business transformation. Having held key leadership roles across diverse sectors, including cement, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing, Satish brings a deep understanding of complex business environments. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial performance, optimizing operations, and supporting Janapriya's long-term growth strategy.
Kamal Kishan
Kamal Kishan is a seasoned Sales, Marketing, and Communications leader with extensive experience helping brands grow across diverse industries. He has worked with organizations ranging from emerging startups to global corporations, building high-performing teams and driving impactful business outcomes.
With deep expertise in media strategy, corporate communications, advertising, client relations, events, and brand marketing, Kamal has led large-scale campaigns and business initiatives throughout his career. Prior to joining Janapriya, he held senior leadership positions with leading advertising agencies and Mindshare (a WPP company), where he headed the Hyderabad branch as Senior Director. His ability to build trusted relationships and guide strategic marketing decisions continues to contribute to Janapriya's growth and brand strength.
Maneesh Kumar Dubey
Maneesh Kumar Dubey, AVP Construction, has more than two decades of experience in real estate and commercial projects. He is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in design, execution, and project management.
Maneesh has worked with major construction organizations across India and Malaysia. While holding key roles with engineering, project management he has led teams to deliver major landmarks. He has worked with reputed conglomerates like IJM Corporation Berhad, IJM(India) Infrastructure Ltd, Mitrajaya Holding Sdn Berhad Malaysia prior to joining our group.
He is currently heading the construction and related activities since 2022.
